LB Partners Law Firm of Mongolia and Anli Law Firm of China Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
On 24 July 2026, LB Partners Law Firm of Mongolia and Anli Law Firm of Beijing, People’s Republic of China, officially signed a cooperation agreement. Under the agreement, the two firms will jointly provide legal services in the fields of China–Mongolia trade, investment, and economic cooperation, further strengthening cross-border legal collaboration between the two countries.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Meng Xianming, Director of the Management Committee of Anli Law Firm; Mr. Gu Weidong, Director of the Executive Committee of Anli’s Hohhot Office; and attorneys Aotegen Gaowa, Li Ming, Liu Xingting, and Yang Jianlin. Representing LB Partners Law Firm were Mr. G. Buyan, Founding Partner, and Ms. B. Namuun, Legal Assistant.
As economic and trade cooperation between Mongolia and China continues to deepen and foreign investment in Mongolia continues to grow, the establishment of this partnership will enable both firms to provide businesses, investors, and individuals in the two countries with professional, efficient, comprehensive, and internationally oriented cross-border legal services, thereby further promoting bilateral trade and investment.
Pursuant to the cooperation agreement, the two firms will collaborate in providing legal services across a wide range of sectors, including cross-border investment, international trade, mining, infrastructure, construction, and transportation. The firms will also work closely on cross-border dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration, as well as on legal matters involving the recognition and enforcement in Mongolia of foreign court judgments and international arbitral awards, ensuring more effective protection of their clients’ lawful rights and interests.
