As part of their newly established cooperation, lawyers from LB Partners Law Firm of Mongolia and Hui Ye Law Firm (汇业律师事务所) of the People’s Republic of China held a professional seminar on the legal framework governing cross-border investment.
On 22 July 2026, LB Partners Law Firm entered into a cooperation agreement with Hui Ye Law Firm, headquartered in Shanghai, China. To mark the commencement of this partnership, the two firms organized a seminar at the offices of LB Partners Law Firm focusing on legal issues relating to cross-border investment.
The seminar was moderated by Mr. Li Zelin, who led the discussions. All lawyers and legal professionals of LB Partners Law Firm participated in the event. During the seminar, Ms. S. Nansalmaa, Attorney at LB Partners, delivered a presentation on Mongolia’s legal framework governing foreign investment.
